Center for Studying Health System Change (HSC)

HSC closely monitors changes in access to and quality of health care from the viewpoint of consumers and physicians. Studies about access to care include the uninsured and those with low incomes, as well as racial and ethnic minorities and people with chronic conditions.

The Association of State and Territorial Health Officials
